Creswick Campus accommodation facilities

There are three different Accommodation options on the Creswick campus. These are:

Semmens Hall

This is a 20-bed accommodation unit built in the early 1990's. The building has three wings, containing 6 and 7 individual rooms. The bedrooms are well equipped and include a small study area in addition to a bed, wardrobe and wash basin.

The rooms are cleaned and serviced on a weekly basis and centrally heated for your comfort. There are 6 bathrooms within the unit plus a large common room for group discussions and recreation. A pay phone (03 53452203) is available for incoming and outgoing calls. There are no kitchen facilities (aside from a basic kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave) and cooking in individual rooms is not allowed due to fire and health hazard, so most students who stay in Semmen's Hall elect to be fully catered. Tea and coffee are provided and students wishing to have a hot drink at morning and afternoon tea can use these facilities. (Catering does NOT include morning and afternoon tea).

Semmen's Hall is used to accommodate conference groups throughout the year, and when possible, is used for accommodating the Part Time Advanced Diploma Students. Most visitors staying Semmen's Hall will also be catered for in the School's Dining Room.
